Passionate about women’s shoes and frustrated that women had to choose between a shoe that looked good or felt good, Sarah started her shoe brand at the young age of 25. She set out to create a brand that was classically elegant on the outside and packed with comfort on the inside. In just a few years her shoes graced the feet of Amal Clooney, Meghan Markle, Karlie Kloss, and Cindy Crawford. I mean, Meghan Markle wore the Perfect Pump on their royal tour… That says something about their comfort!
What captured me the most about Sarah Flint shoes is the commitment to every single detail. The shoe
To see if they were truly as comfortable as Sarah says, I put on my new Perfect Block Sandal and headed downtown with a friend for the Charleston’s Preservation Society’s historic homes garden tour. I was on my feet for four hours walking through the brick and cobblestone streets of Charleston. They withstood the test and never once did I regret wearing these shoes. No blisters or sore arches at the end of the night! The one inch heel added just the right about of lift to feel dressy but the padded sole and arched support was so comfortable it didn’t feel like I was wearing heels.
I went with the “Sand Calf” color which is a great neutral color making them versatile with any outfit and can be dressed up or dressed down. I would agree this is on the pricier end than what you may be used to for shoes, but it’s a great classic style that you’ll want to invest in and have in your closet, reaching for year after year!
What size should I get?
My usual shoe size is a 9, although with pregnancy and post partum foot sweeping, it has changed a bit recently. Sarah Flint She’s are all sold in Italian sizes. A size 9 converts to in between a 39.5 and a 40. I ended up getting size 39.5 and it fit very well. I think if I were getting something other than a sandal, like the Natalie flats for example, I would size up to the 40. Here is a link to their size conversion chart.
